Rana Tanios is the founder of YOGIscape and is registered through Yoga Vana Forest Academy & The Lotus Academy of Yoga.
Rana’s teaching is influenced by her many wonderful national and international teachers. Her yoga classes encourage students to be someone who uses his body & mind in ways that most people would never have the courage to and most importantly to focus on the journey.
Her 10 years background of observing the body in motion as a gymnast and dancer inspired her to integrate physical & mental yoga practices in a creative, fluid and restorative flow.
Rana seeks to find joy and improvement through her own practice and continuous research & studies and is passionate about sharing them with others.
She is committed to YOGIscape’s mission – finding balance in life, enhancing body & mental health and guiding through the breath in an energizing way with complete awareness.
